Please note that order processing time typically takes 3 weeks. This processing period includes the careful selection, packaging, and preparation of your suit(s) for transit to ensure they arrive at your door in the best condition.

Estimated Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can expect to receive your items within 4-5 days. This estimated transit time is subject to change based on various factors, including shipping address and courier service speed.

General Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free shipping to our valued customers based in the United States, acknowledging the sheer volume of orders we receive from the region. For our customers outside the US, shipping rates will depend on the total weight of your order and the specific region to which the suits are being shipped.

USA Free Shipping
Recognizing our large customer base in the United States, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to the US. We want to ensure that our American customers feel valued and appreciated, which is why we have chosen to absorb the shipping costs for orders to this region.

International Shipping Details
At Skyex Suits, we're proud to offer international shipping to almost every country worldwide. However, please note that international shipping rates will depend on various factors, including the total weight of your order and the specific region to which the suits are being shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be informed that Skyex Suits cannot be held responsible for any potential customs, duties, or taxes levied on your order by your country's customs department. We highly recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing your order to avoid any unforeseen charges.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. For a smooth delivery experience, we kindly request that you provide a complete street address with your house or unit number, along with the street name.

Tracking Your Order
At Skyex Suits, we understand the importance of knowing where your order is at all times. For this reason, we provide a tracking number for each order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. This allows you to track the progress of your delivery and estimate its arrival.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
In the unfortunate event that your order delivery is unsuccessful due to courier-related issues, we offer two options. We can send you a replacement suit at no extra charge, or if you prefer, we can issue a full refund for your order.

Shipping During Holidays
All couriers observe a weekly holiday on Sundays, which means that shipping tracking updates are not available on this day. However, rest assured that your order will continue to be safely on its way to you.

Order Verification Process
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and verified within 1-2 hours. Upon successful verification, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you. If for some reason you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact us at support@skyexsuits.com.au.

Out-of-Stock Items
We take great pride in our inventory management and work tirelessly to ensure that all items listed on our site are in stock and ready to be shipped. Therefore, you can confidently place your order knowing that the item will be dispatched as promised.

Signature Requirement
For security reasons, you may be required to sign for your package upon delivery. This helps ensure that your order is delivered to the intended recipient and not left unattended.

Partial Shipment of Orders
In the event that your parcel is lost or damaged due to courier-related issues, we offer two solutions. We can send you a free replacement of the order, or in certain cases, where the issue was not due to our fault, we may charge half the shipment price.

Large Order Shipping
We offer significant discounts for bulk orders. Depending on the quantity, you could enjoy a discount ranging from 50% to 100% off the shipping cost.

Risk of Loss
If your parcel is lost during transit, we will send you a free replacement without charging you anything.

Shipping Damages
At Skyex Suits, we take full responsibility for any damages that occur during shipping. In such instances, we offer the choice of a full refund or a free replacement suit with express delivery.

Shipping Refunds
In case of full refunds, we will refund both the product cost and the shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It's important that you provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. In case of any discrepancies, our team will attempt to contact you via email for clarification. If we are unable to reach you, we may have to cancel your order.

Package Not Received
Should you not receive your package within the estimated transit time, please contact us immediately at support@skyexsuits.com.au. We will investigate the matter promptly and do our utmost to rectify the situation.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the time of receiving the order confirmation notification.

Weekend Shipping
