📅 Delivery Days & Timelines

We process and deliver orders only on business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note:

  • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are considered non-working days.

  • These days are excluded from both processing and shipping timelines.

🛠 Order Processing

Each Skyex suit is crafted with care. Please allow 9 to 14 business days for order preparation before your item is ready for shipment.

🚚 Shipping Time After Dispatch

Once dispatched, your parcel will usually reach you within 5 to 6 working days, depending on the destination and courier service performance.

⚡ 7-Business-Day Express Service

For those selecting our 7-Business-Day Delivery option:

  • Delivery refers strictly to 7 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Counting production and transit time, your order will generally arrive in 9 to 10 calendar days.

🌍 International Shipping

Shipping fees may vary based on:

  • Your country/region

  • The total weight and dimensions of your order

We strive to offer fair and transparent international rates at checkout.

⚠️ Customs & Import Duties

Each country has its own customs policies. If any import taxes or duties apply, they are the buyer’s responsibility.

Particularly for European countries, customs charges are frequently applied and must be paid by the recipient.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the shipment is either returned or discarded, a refund can be issued—however, 35% of the total amount will be non-refundable to cover production and administrative costs.

🚫 Restricted Shipping Areas

At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address includes:

  • A complete street name

  • House/building/unit number

  • Accurate postal code
