Thank you for shopping with Skyex Suits. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to providing superior quality skydiving suits for your thrilling ventures. Should there be any reason for dissatisfaction with your purchase, our return policy is designed to assist.
48-Hour Return Window:
You may return your Skyex Suit within 48 hours of the delivery date.
The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Ensure that the product is returned with all of its components and accessories (if any). You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, order number, payment confirmation) along with the return. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect. Any items returned after the 48-hour return window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Contact our dedicated customer service team by sending an email to email@example.com. Please include your order details and the reason for your return. Upon receipt of your return request, our team will respond with confirmation and additional instructions, if necessary. Safely package your suit and return it to our warehouse. The address is: Skyex Suits Warehouse, 10-12 Kitchener Avenue, Regents Park, NSW 2143, Sydney, Australia. We highly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking information for your records. Upon arrival at our warehouse, our team will inspect the suit to ensure it's in its original condition. If the suit passes the inspection, we'll initiate the refund process. Note that the duration of this process may vary depending on your bank's policies. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.
After we receive and inspect your item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange the item for the same model, please reach out to our customer service team, and they'll be more than willing to assist.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If the item you received is damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact our customer service team promptly. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or offer a full refund.
