How long does shipping take?
This is a question that we recieve very often. The answer is: It depends on which country you are living in.
But in general we can tell you that if you order a suit we need 3 weeks of handling time and another 7 days for you to receive it at your door.
How do I track my shipment?
If you have purchased from our online store.
You just need to insert the order number from the order confirmation email you had receieved and you order email.
At the bottom of our webiste you will find a link name "Track you order"
What is the delivery time for my order?
We need 3 weeks of handling time and 7 days of delivery time.
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address within 48 hours of placing the order. If it's little more than 48 hours contact us at support@skyexsuits.com.au. Chances are we could still able to change the address but you need to contact in this case
I need my order delivered by a certain date, can you guarantee that?
We can’t guarantee that. Our express delievery takes around 4 weeks in total for you to receive the package at your door. If you need ealiar than that, please contact us at support@skyexsuits.com.au.
We’ll get back to you within 24hrs. Chances are we can able to deliever but the fastest shipping would still take around 10 to 12 days Inc. handling time
What shipping methods do you offer?
We only offer expedite shipping domestically and internationally. It takes around 3 to 4 days to deliever at USA and UK and maximum 1 week for various other destination countries.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders! However, if you have purchased more than 4 jumpsuits or spend more than AUD$1120.00 on shopping, we will ship your items for free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
We currently ship to 143 different countries including USA, UK, CANADA, NEW ZEALAND, GERMANY, FRANCE and SPAIN etc.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping. Our express shipping takes 7 business days to deliver your order once it's been dispatched.
What is the cut-off time for same-day shipping?
Same-day shipping is not currently available for our jumpsuits, but we are working to make it possible in the near future. Subscribe to our newsletter so you can be one of the first to know when we're able to offer same-day shipping!
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation of orders is subject to the following conditions:
You must contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. We will cancel the order for you and you will receive an instant refund email.
If you have already paid for your order, you will also receive a full refund within 24 hours or so

What size skydiving suit do I need?
The best way to ensure a good fit is to use our sizing chart. It's located in the product page images, and it will show you the measurements for each size. Click on the image, and you'll see exactly what size will fit you best.
If you're not sure about your size or need help choosing between two sizes, you can also choose "custom size option" when ordering. This will allow us to make sure that your suit fits perfectly!
How do I measure for a skydiving suit?
To answer your question: Our measurement guide is given on every product page under the custom sizing chart with all the helpful images just so you could exactly know how you should measure yourself.

What are the size dimensions of a skydiving suit?
We have standard sizes available on all product pages with XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXL. Please click on the image given on the product page and read all measurements.
Most of our customers find standard sizes more convenient to order and fit them well. They don't need to be in the hassel of finding someone, taking measurements and waiting a week. But custom sizing option could be an option for you!

I need a custom logo engraved on my Jumpsuit
Send us a .png or .jpeg file of logo images through email at support@skyexsuits.com.au
We charge extra AUD$10.00 for logo engraving on the suits. Payment request will be sent after you will place your order and send us all the images and we'll send you confirmation email at first
What's the best way to wash the freefly suits?
The best way to wash your freefly suit is by hand-washing it in cold water with mild detergent. This is the best way to preserve the fabric quality of the suit and to prevent shrinkage.

How do I return my order?
We don't accept returns. Only exchanges for AUD$30.00 shipping charges. Depending on the situation.
Or you have to place a new order in case you order a wrong size. We are not responsible for any wrong sizes suits ordered by you and already being delievered.

How do I exchange my Jumpsuit?
Simply send us an email of you with your jumpsuits explaining what's wrong in the suit. Just as an feedback for us so we could able to rectify mistake in the future.
