Customized & Monogrammed Products: If you have custom made Sky-Ex product or added a monogram to a suit it is NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation, return, or exchange. However, in case of some serious manufacturing issues. You'll simply send us photos for defaults. If you provided us wrong custom measurements and on behalf of these measurements claiming a refund or replacement suit. Both the refund or replacement suit request would not be acceptable in this case. The Most likely, we will refund or send you another suit with little bit of extra charges.
- Non-Customized & Unused Products: Within the first 30 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping).
How to Return or Exchange:

- If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
